There’s the Iowa Wine Trail and Western Iowa Wine Trail. There’s an Iowa Wine Grower’s Association that vineyards/wineries can become members of. They can also be listed as a member of the Heart of Iowa Wine Trail. There’s no lack of wine or vineyards in Iowa.
